Total Systems Heating & Cooling, Inc. is considered an essential business and will remain open to support your HVAC required needs.

We've taken several proactive measures to address the challenges that COVID-19 brings and avoid any disruption to our services. We are working hard to protect the health of all our team members and stepping up health and safety efforts in our production plants and customer service centers. We are making adjustments to the way we work in the field.

We want to assure you we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our customers as well as our employees. We know that even in these trying times, work must continue, life must continue, and we just need to adjust. Total Systems Heating & Cooling, Inc. has been and will continue to take all precautions needed to continue to deliver to you in the safest way possible while following all guidelines set forth by the World Health Organization (WHO), the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our local government officials, Service work orders you need to keep all your systems up and running so that you can wait this out in comfort.

We have adopted and required the following precautions:

  • Implemented CDC guidelines for Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use hand sanitize with at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoiding close contact with others maintaining distance (approximately 6 feet or 2 meters) and staying at home if we are sick.
  • Regular sanitizing with disinfecting wipes/spray of common touch point items such as phones, computer keyboards, remote credit card machines, door handles and light switches, etc.
  • Avoid using other employees' phones, desks, offices, or other work tools and equipment, when possible. If necessary, clean and disinfect them before and after use.
  • Changed our business practices as needed to maintain critical operations (e.g., prioritize existing customers, or temporarily suspend some of our operations if needed).
